In this capacity you will work closely with MDs and oversee and manage deal execution. You willÂalso be heavily involved in client development and client management. Â

Responsibilities will centre on the following:
â?¢ Leading deal execution and working with seniorsÂto take a lead role in supporting the creation ofÂfurther business opportiunity
â?¢ Creating and preparing client presentations in support of new business development and transaction execution
â?¢ Overseeing the preparation of confidential memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other presentations
â?¢ Building relationships and maintaining direct contact with current and prospective clients
â?¢ Providing guidance, mentorship, and training to Associates and Analysts

Qualifications and requirements:

â?¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
â?¢ Requisite VP level M&A deal experience, in particular strong execution experience on end to end deals (closed deal experience)
â?¢ A Consumer & Retail M&A track record, ideally with exposure to the Food & Beverages spaceÂ
â?¢ Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring Analysts and Associates
â?¢ Ability to grow our business and act entrepreneurially
â?¢ Management skills in supervising and training staff
