Product Experience (PX) represents the voice of the consumers within IFF and helps to drive regional sales by providing insightful intelligence to optimize the consumer product experience.
IFF PX Europe is looking for a Product Experience Associate Researcher for a period of 18 months, starting in September 2024. This position will be based at our site in Haverhill, Suffolk.
As Product Experience Associate Researcher, you will be responsible to drive and execute sensory and consumer research projects in alignment with business opportunities and corporate strategies and supervise the sensory lab
and internal panel. You will partner closely with the creation and design team to generate sensory and consumer insights that are directly relevant for the product design.
You will also partner with commercial and marketing teams to ensure impactful customer engagement.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will be a team player, dynamic and insightful while pragmatic and result oriented with prior experience in the field of sensory and consumer science.
Responsibities include:
• Maintaining the sensory lab in Haverhill as well as the internal panel dedicated to discrimination tests
• Working with cross functional project teams (commercial, marketing, creation, and design teams) and effectively designing and executing sensory & consumer tests to bring impactful insights to the projects.
• Analyzing consumer and sensory data and presenting findings to internal stakeholders and customers to guide development and showcase our expertise.
