Overview
As an Account Manager you will drive sustainable profitable sales and market share growth by understanding customer needs and opportunities. You will build long-term customer relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with strategy. You will lead commercial negotiations and shape account plans, while managing multiple customer projects and regulatory considerations. Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs, opportunities, and risks to drive sales growth
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships aligned with corporate strategy
- Lead strategic commercial negotiations (pricing, terms, rebates, supply agreements)
- Communicate and execute account plans with internal stakeholders
- Understand customer decision-making criteria and regulatory requirements
- Manage reactive and proactive project pipelines (country studies, consumer studies)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver relevant solutions
- Support market and customer knowledge development across markets
Key requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Fragrance industry
