  • Build and nurture strategic, multi-level relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Drive top-to-top engagement for alignment on regional priorities.

  • Lead complex commercial initiatives (pricing, mutually beneficial productivity initiatives, growth initiatives).
  • Embed IFF’s value proposition—innovation, global reach, partnership—into customer strategies.

  • Navigate and resolve issues and challenges, escalating when necessary.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and communicate regional commercial strategy plans for assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate execution across the region, ensuring resource alignment.
  • Set and monitor long-term commercial targets (Sales, GP, Market Share).
  • Ensure full deployment of IFF capabilities for product superiority and differentiation.
  • Drive profitable and sustainable sales growth while managing P&L parameters.
  • Oversee account performance and recommend proactive corrective actions.

  • 10+ years of flavors industry experience, including senior commercial leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to lead organizational strategy and engage/influence stakeholders regionally/globally.
  • Strong business acumen and financial proficiency.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Broad mindset with ability to work across cultures.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or Biology.
