International Fish Canners Ltd is recruiting a Floating Production Shift Manager primarily based at our Fraserburgh site to cover both Fraserburgh factories. The role requires leadership across production teams, driving daily targets and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role within the chilled food sector, be flexible to shifts including weekends, and able to liaise with engineering and technical staff.
