Our client is an established, British-run financial advisory firm with a modern, dynamic team of highly qualified professionals operating across Spain, Dubai, Belgium, and Switzerland. With a strong international presence and continued expansion, they are now seeking experienced financial advisers who are looking to work remotely from virtually anywhere in the world. You will work with a diverse, international client base, providing tailored financial planning and wealth management solutions. The firm supports advisers with internal resources, lead generation, and access to exclusive investment opportunities. While UK Level 4 CISI qualifications are preferred, experienced candidates without these credentials may be supported in obtaining them within a short timeframe.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic advice across a wide range of financial products and services
- Assess clients’ financial situations and develop tailored financial plans
- Guide clients toward informed and secure financial decisions
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments
- Monitor and review financial plans to ensure continued alignment with client objectives
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and best practices
- Proven experience as a Financial Adviser or in a similar advisory role
- Demonstrated track record of delivering successful financial guidance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- High attention to detail with the ability to simplify complex information
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with financial systems
- UK Level 4 CISI qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Existing client book of business, ideally £4M+ AUM
- First-year expected earnings of £80,000–£100,000 (tax-free)
- Second-year expected earnings of £100,000–£200,000+ (tax-free)
- Internal coordination team providing qualified client meetings
- No office costs, enabling fully remote working
