Role Overview
As a Financial Advisor, you will provide comprehensive financial advisory services, adhering to regulatory standards and company policies. The role offers a competitive salary, career growth opportunities, and potential progression to a self-employed advisory position.
Responsibilities
- Contact clients and arrange meetings in-office or at clients’ homes/business premises.
- Conduct in-depth financial reviews to assess clients’ financial status, goals, and risk tolerance.
- Produce financial reports.
- Develop tailored financial strategies and plans.
- Communicate complex financial concepts clearly to clients.
- Maintain ongoing client relationships for support and updates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new financial products.
- Collaborate with estate agents, solicitors, and accountants for holistic solutions.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and disclosure obligations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Inform clients about new financial products or legislative changes.
- Maintain necessary qualifications and complete CPD.
Requirements
- Qualified to at least level 4: UK DipPFS/Cyprus CySEC Advanced or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of financial sales experience.
- Proven success in meeting sales targets and client satisfaction.
- Interest in providing long-term, ethical services.
- Career-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to relocate or work remotely.
