The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

As part of the Visual Merchandising team, you will be an ambassador of the brand to ensure consistency, quality and implementation of all Window and Store environments in your area.

What will the role entail?

  • General assistance with windows admin and budgets
  • Assist with the development of guidelines
  • Check implementations of windows across regions and facilitate feedback
  • Work hand in hand with the windows and interior design team to create an easy and effective work process to benefit the brands
  • Develop Processes and Ops guidelines for the brands including and not exclusive to Windows, In store & Events
  • Deliver multiple post-campaign reports & review opportunities missed and areas for improvement
  • Review the success of window, interior and interior displays and collect feedback
  • Proactively present and escalate highly creative ideas and suggestions to ensure continuous improvement
  • Facilitate window installation schedules with internal and external teams for UK and EU and liaise directly with suppliers through every step of the process
  • Co-ordinate trackers and planners to ensure each window installation and store project is delivered within the set time frame and to company visual standards
  • Liaise and attend F2F meetings with suppliers on a regular basis
  • Attend window set ups and activations (store openings and showroom set ups)

Required skills:

  • Excellent level of written and spoken English
  • 4+ years of experience in the field
  • Availability to travel
  • Visual merchandising experience within a luxury brand
  • Creative background with awareness of current trends in fashion retail and technology
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Suite programs
