About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our retail operations across the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) and Ireland. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to store and regional management teams, providing hands-on HR guidance and implementing people strategies that align with business objectives and company values. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with retail and store leadership teams to understand business priorities and provide proactive HR support across all people-related matters.
  • Advise on employee relations issues, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant application of policies and procedures.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and develop top retail talent.
  • Implement learning, development, and engagement programs to strengthen team capability and morale.
  • Monitor workforce metrics (turnover, absence, performance) and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Collaborate closely with internal HR teams (Talent, Payroll, L&D, and Compensation) to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
  • Support organizational change and continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Ensure compliance with UK and Irish employment law and internal HR policies.

About You

  • 2–3 years’ experience in an HR Generalist or Business Partnering role, ideally within retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced, multi-site environment.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices (knowledge of Irish legislation a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of balancing strategic input with hands-on execution.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Native or bilingual English; Italian is an advantage.
