We are looking for a versatile, passionate Full Stack Software Developer to join us in building a brand-new, greenfield B2B data and visualisation software platform for an exciting new business venture. This venture offers the agility of a startup with the stability of a global powerhouse. Who You Are
- You are a highly structured self-starter who brings a positive attitude to the team.
- You are a highly autonomous, product-minded Full Stack Developer who loves bringing new ideas to the market quickly.
- You thrive in data-heavy, greenfield environments, balancing the need for rapid prototyping and MVP delivery with clean, maintainable architecture.
- You don't just write code; you understand the business goals behind customer tiering and data visualisation, and you design and develop software that directly supports those goals.
- Alongside your strong programming background, you are a good communicator who contributes to a fun, collaborative and flexible working environment.
Your Technical Profile
- You hold a degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- You have 5+ years of proven back-end software development experience.
- You have solid experience with PostgreSQL.
- You are highly proficient in JavaScript or Go.
- You have experience building back-end APIs.
- You have solid experience with interactive dashboards using visualisation libraries (e.g., Vue, D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts, or Apache ECharts).
- An eye for design, with experience in UI/UX development to round out your full-stack capabilities.
- You have experience building multi-tenant SaaS apps, authorisation frameworks, and feature-gating.
- You have experience with data integration, database schema design, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
- You possess a strong interest or foundational experience in Data Science.
- You leverage AI development tools to accelerate speed, but you possess the strong engineering judgment required to vet AI-generated code for security, efficiency, and strict data compliance.
Requirement: You must be fluent in English and possess a valid permit to work in the UK.
Bonus Points
- Broader experience with other relational databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and containerisation (Docker).
- Experience building custom Business Intelligence (BI) tools or interactive reporting dashboards.
- Experience coding in Python for data processing.
