Are you a results-driven senior sales leader with a passion for innovation and a track record of building global partnerships? We are looking for a Head of International Data Licensing and Sales to leverage a significant business opportunity within a recently established company. This venture is supported by International Consumer Research & Testing (ICRT) and its member organisations, including Which? in the UK, Test-Achats in Belgium, Consumentenbond in the Netherlands, UFC-Que Choisir in France alongside other ICRT members from a global network of over 25 organisations.
You will define marketing, sales, and pricing strategies, and build a small but high-performing sales team in delivering global sales targets. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will be at the forefront of a business that licenses rich, independent consumer product test data to global consumer goods manufacturers, helping them to create higher quality products and ultimately empowering consumers worldwide.
Quickly absorb and leverage information related to the new company and the technical elements of data derived from thorough consumer product laboratory testing. Collaborate closely with colleagues developing a data tool tailored to customer requirements. Recruit, motivate and manage high-performing Sales Agents fostering a culture of success and delivery. Craft and execute a compelling Go-To-Market strategy for our innovative data licensing business.
- Extensive experience in international sales, with preference for data licensing or large consumer goods.
- Demonstrated experience in hiring and effectively leading sales teams.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing; proficiency in a second business-level language (e.g., Japanese, Chinese, Korean, German, or French) is a distinct advantage.
- Willingness and desire to travel internationally, complementing frequent online meetings.
- Higher degrees combining Business Administration, Marketing, Sales with Data Science or equivalent are expected.
