We are seeking candidates for a UK company with offices in close to 30 locations on all continents. The group revenues outside of the UK (Rest of World, RoW) comprises 60% of total revenues, and the RoW regions are a major platform for future growth, with financial projects indicating the group doubling in size in the next 5 years.

The position we seek is Rest of World Financial Controller, with responsibilities for:

  • Financial control
  • Management reporting
  • Month end close
  • Treasury
  • Change management

The RoW Financial Controller has a direct line of leadership to the country on these topics and will lead a large team. The Controller reports to the RoW CFO and Director of Group Finance.

We are targeting candidates with extensive experience in financial controlling, management reporting and change management, and will have several years experience leading teams, preferably with international exposure. It is likely candidates will have trained in an audit/accounting professional services firm, with an ACA or ACCA qualification; this is not essential and we would be keen to talk to individuals who trained in a corporate environment.
