About the Role:
Are you passionate about talent acquisition and eager to make a significant impact? As Recruiting Manager (m/f) at Oliver Wyman, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future by managing the recruitment of top-tier consultants for France and Belgium.
You will ensure that our hiring goals are met while navigating the logistical, geographical, and branding challenges of attracting exceptional talent at all levels—from Entry Level to Partner—with a strong commitment to building a diverse candidate pool.
Oliver Wyman embraces a hybrid working policy, expecting the successful applicant to work a minimum of 3 days a week in our Paris office.
The weekly contracted hours for this role are 38 hours per week + 19 days RTT
What the role involves:

Talent identification: Utilizing various channels—including direct applications, employee referrals, direct sourcing, job board postings, and contingent search firms—to identify outstanding candidates primarily within the French market.

Campus Engagement: Overseeing campus recruiting initiatives, effectively promoting Oliver Wyman’s Employee Value Proposition to key universities and potential candidates.

Quality Assurance: Defining essential skill sets and screening criteria to maintain high standards and consistency throughout the recruitment process.

CV Screening: Reviewing and processing CVs according to established criteria, coordinating the screening process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Stakeholder relations: Managing relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment in recruitment efforts.

Candidate experience: Overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates while upholding our employer branding standards.

Onboarding: Partnering with Human Capital stakeholders to facilitate a smooth onboarding process, ensuring new hires are integrated effectively into our culture.

Strategic insights: Conducting regular campaign analyses and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement in our recruitment processes.

Project Involvement: Engaging in broader regional and global Human Capital projects to enhance our overall talent strategy.
What You Bring:

Experience: You’ll be a seasoned recruiter with a minimum of 8 years of experience, ideally within a professional services or management consulting firm. Campus recruiting experience is a plus.

Leadership Skills: You’ll have proven experience in managing and developing a small team and able to navigate complex stakeholders and matrix

Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the French and Belgian talent landscapes will be essential.

Sourcing Expertise: Strong direct sourcing experience with a successful track record in building diverse talent pipelines is required

Adaptability: You’ll be comfortable working in both local and international environments in a fast-paced and changing atmosphere.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
