WE ARE INNOPAY, a consultancy firm part of Oliver Wyman, specialized in digital transactions since 2002. With roots in payment innovation (e.g., co-creating iDEAL), we have expanded into digital identity and data sharing. Our services cover strategy, product development, and operations for our clients, focusing on new business models, technology deployment, and regulatory compliance. From Amsterdam and Frankfurt, we serve organizations globally and influence major digital transformations.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR MANAGER (m/f/d) who meets the following criteria:

1. Evidence of all-round personal development, such as excellent academics, international exchanges, internships, or extracurricular activities.
2. 8+ years of experience at a top-tier consultancy in digital strategy development or execution.
3. Deep knowledge and interest in areas like Open Finance, data sharing, APIs, customer journeys, product innovation, payment technology, and related regulations (e.g., PSD2, GDPR).
4. Proven leadership managing project teams.
5. Experience in managing consulting projects, especially in digital payments, identity, data sharing, or open banking/finance.
6. Strong network in the DACH region, with sales experience preferred, and motivation to grow in this area.
7. Genuine interest in digitalization topics and continuous learning.
8. Flexibility and willingness to travel.
9. Fluent in German and English.

As a Senior Manager, you advise clients on digital strategy and transformation. You lead a team of 2-5 consultants, providing sector-specific knowledge and strategic advice, translating complex information into actionable plans. You also develop your client network, create proposals, build new offerings, and mentor junior colleagues.
