Ce que vous allez aimer

  • Intervenir auprès d’une grande variété de clients dans le domaine de l’assurance
  • Le relationnel avec vos clients tant externes qu’internes
  • L’environnement de travail, collaboratif, bienveillant, et exigeant

Nous comptons sur vous pour

  • Veiller au bon établissement d’attestations et au suivi des retours des compagnies d’assurances pour envoi au client
  • Suivre la mise à jour des capitaux
  • Vérifier la corrélation avec les existants
  • Mettre à jour les coordonnées des intervenants entre deux campagnes de valeurs
  • Assurer l’assistance téléphonique aux clients
  • Rédiger les avenants sous la responsabilité des Conseillers Spécialisés
  • Calculer les primes et veiller à la bonne diffusion des facturations
  • Suivre les règlements et le traitement des mises en demeure

Intervenir sur les branches suivantes:

·Auto: Suivi des états de parc clients: adjonction – retrait de véhicules, déclaration compagnie, édition de cartes vertes, calcul de régularisations au prorata temporis ou à la demi-différence

·RC/ RCD / DAB/ autres risques: vérification des termes, demandedechiffres,calcul des régularisations et de ventilation par site

Prérequis

  • Une première expérience réussie dans un poste similaire
  • Faire preuve d’aisance relationnelle et avoir la capacité à travailler en équipe
  • Être autonome, rigoureux(se), porté(e) par le sens du service client
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec Word, Excel
  • La pratique de l’anglais serait un plus
