We are seeking a talented individual to join our Trade Credit team at Marsh. This role is based out of our Birmingham office as part of the Corporate South team. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement to be based in the office 3 days per week.
The role: Client Advisor
This is an exciting opportunity for a Client Advisor to join our successful Trade Credit team. This role could suit someone with previous insurance experience looking for a unique new opportunity within a niche market, or a driven graduate/school leaver looking to start a career with the world’s leading insurance broker.
We will rely on you to:
- Assist the Client Executive team with the daily servicing of our clients and with the renewal process. Task to include but not limited to:
- Managing credit limit requirements for our clients via the various insurer on-line portals and speaking directly with the insurers.
- Providing our clients with support and guidance to ensure they adhere to their policy terms and conditions, e.g. reporting overdue invoices, submitting claims on time etc.
- Support the Client Executive in client meetings, including gathering data ahead of meetings, produce meeting minutes, and managing any resulting action points.
- Actively build relationships across Marsh and with external stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to business processes, systems and procedures at all times.

- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A focus on client service and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to build, manage, and develop relationships.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
