We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marine, Cargo & Logistics team at Marsh Belux. This role will be based in Belgium. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
In the role of Cargo Client Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their cargo needs are met with the highest level of service. You will leverage your industry knowledge and client-centric approach to build strong relationships, provide tailored solutions, and drive client satisfaction.

We will count on you to:
- Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
- Manage all day to day queries, renewals, amendments and mid-term adjustments.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.
- Perform critical client functions, including: evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience, cash flow and financials; developing solutions; articulating impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics and making recommendations to client across product lines.
- Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of changing market conditions and understand and comply with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients.
