Dover Chevrolet- Collision Center, an International Cars, Ltd., Inc. Company, is seeking a Full Time Auto Body Estimator. Candidates with experience in automotive collision are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with insurance companies and clients on repair progress, notifying them of completion delays and potential part back orders.
• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates and supplements for presentation to end users.
• Meet with outside insurance representatives for initial and supplemental estimate needs.
• Review receivables with management to ensure timely payments
• Facilitate payments from customer and insurance companies including deductible and betterment payments
• Assist in part identification and ordering
• Schedule sublet vendors according to shop and repair process completion
• Follow up with customers on completed repairs
• Work with shop technicians to assist with obtaining shop supplies, supply inventory and repair components
• Direct interaction with management team to facilitate efficient repair process practices

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude
• Flexible schedule to cover store hours
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
