Dover Chevrolet- Collision Center, an International Cars, Ltd., Inc. Company, is seeking a Full Time Auto Body Estimator. Candidates with experience in automotive collision are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies and clients on repair progress, notifying them of completion delays and potential part back orders.
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates and supplements for presentation to end users.
- Meet with outside insurance representatives for initial and supplemental estimate needs.
- Review receivables with management to ensure timely payments
- Facilitate payments from customer and insurance companies including deductible and betterment payments
- Assist in part identification and ordering
- Schedule sublet vendors according to shop and repair process completion
- Follow up with customers on completed repairs
- Work with shop technicians to assist with obtaining shop supplies, supply inventory and repair components
- Direct interaction with management team to facilitate efficient repair process practices
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude
- Flexible schedule to cover store hours
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
