Grill Chef / Grill Cook
to join our kitchen team. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality burgers, grilled meats and other menu items.
Work confidently on a busy commercial grill.
Ensure food is cooked consistently to Smoky Boys' standards.
Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
Complete daily cleaning duties, including grills, equipment and kitchen surfaces.
Assist with food preparation, stock rotation and kitchen organisation.
Work closely with the team to deliver fast and efficient service.
Requirements
Previous experience working in a burger restaurant is essential.
Strong experience using a commercial grill.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Willingness to carry out cleaning duties as part of the role.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
