As a Senior Consultant working as an integral part of a project team, you will contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will play a customer-facing role and be involved in Requirement Analysis, Business Process Documentation payroll elements, fast formula, pension schemes Absence, Time PAYE and NI, Pensions Automatic Enrolment, Salary Sacrifice, statutory absence payments and RTI. Has strong client facing / consultancy experience Has proven, full lifecycle implementation experience of delivering Oracle based HCM solutions to medium and large enterprise clients This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government's Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). An additional range of Personal Security Controls referred to as National Security Vetting (NVS) may apply, this could include meeting the eligibility requirements for The Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV). Preferred technical and professional experience Experience working with technical teams for Interface design, development and testing.
