The predicted salary is between 60000 - 75000 £ per year.

To support the effective management of our spirit brands under the guidance of the Senior Brand Manager. This includes contributing to brand development across packaging, campaign planning and positioning, communications, promotional activity and PR, within allocated budgets. The role focuses on driving value‑led growth through new product development (NPD), delivery of annual brand plans and toolkits for key markets, and supporting campaign execution across channels. It also provides hands‑on experience across brand development, with increasing ownership of key initiatives and exposure to brand strategy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the development of global brand plans to deliver commercial targets, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the creative development process in line with brand strategy and positioning.
  • Assist in the creation and optimisation of engaging content across key channels (digital, social, retail and experiential).
  • Gather and analyse market and consumer insights to support the development of brand objectives and inform strategic direction, including monthly performance tracking.
  • Work closely with the Brand Manager and internal stakeholders to develop effective global toolkits and assets for use in priority markets.
  • Support and increasingly own elements of new product development projects, working across cross‑functional teams through the stage gate process from initiation to post‑launch review.
  • Champion the point of sale (POS) strategy, including sourcing materials from new suppliers and managing existing inventory, improving quality, consistency and cost efficiency, auditing, rationalising and managing stock levels.
  • Support the ongoing development of brand experience within brand homes, including tours, retail offering, merchandise and on‑site branding.
  • Manage brand competition entries, including annual planning, submission of samples and evaluation of return on investment.
  • Maintain and update digital asset management (DAM) systems, including campaign and awards content.
  • Provide day‑to‑day marketing operational support, including raising and tracking POs, managing budget trackers and coordinating sample requests in line with brand budgets.
  • Support campaign evaluation and optimisation, using performance data and market feedback to inform future activity.
  • Maintain awareness of consumer trends, cultural shifts and competitor activity to ensure brand relevance.
  • Take ownership of personal development to support delivery of business objectives and career progression.

About You

  • Degree educated, preferably in marketing or business.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a product, brand or marketing role, ideally within FMCG or the drinks industry.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of P&L.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and content development.
  • Proactive, with the ability to take ownership of projects.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Good influencing skills.
  • Interest in brands, culture and consumer behaviour.
  • CIM Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (DipM).
