About The Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • To manage existing business for the company in assigned territory including:
  • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies;
  • Preparing and monitoring performance against budgets;
  • Reviewing and preparing internal call reports as requested / required;
  • Managing individual promotional budgets.
  • To seek and develop new business opportunities for the company within the agreed channel and within assigned territories.
  • Assigned territories: to be agreed as assigned by line manager.
  • Keep informed of and contribute to the development of the UK Thai channel strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date market, commercial and customer records.
  • Liaise with Marketing Manager, Chang UK, regarding competitor information, promotions, brand embed activity and activate as requested.
  • Establish communications with key restaurant outlets and achieve sustainable brand listings.
  • Manage and own your professional development in order to achieve your work objectives and your career and personal goals.
  • To work with local wholesalers and distributors to secure listings and generate sales.
  • To help manage and maintain stock and POS.
  • About You

    Personal Attributes:

    • Thai Language
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Good influencing skills
    • High levels of enthusiasm and self-motivation.
    • PC literate.

    Professional Requirements:

    • HND/HNC or equivalent, preferably in business related topic.
    • At least 2 years proven experience of working in a sales environment.
