Responsibilities
- Provide general assistance to Head of Private Banking and Relationship Managers on all aspects of account management.
- Assist clients on the bank premises.
- Attend to client phone calls, emails, or letter requests and ensure they are answered and dealt with promptly.
- Support Head of Private Banking and Relationship Managers by responding to queries from the AML/Compliance Department.
- Review customer files periodically to ensure account due diligence is complete and up to date.
- Assist with account opening, including preparing new account opening packs.
- Liaise with Head Office to obtain KYC/Due diligence and obtain or chase bank references.
- Undertake payment validation process (checking signature, balances, and completing call back to client).
- Coordinate with Customer Services, Head Office, Private Banking teams and clients concerning credit card settlement.
- Assist clients where required with any credit/debit card enquiries or requests.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of banking experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstration of accuracy, organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well within a dynamic fast‑paced team.
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize work.
