About The Job
As an Assessment Operations Analyst within the Assessment and Operations Office, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global education. By coordinating and optimizing assessment activities across multiple programmes and languages, you’ll help ensure that examination sessions are delivered seamlessly and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Configuration of examination session data to operational, regulatory and contractual deadlines.
- Monitoring progress of session activities to ensure on time delivery of results.
- Collate and analyse assessment related data.
- Respond to queries and provide operational and technical support to schools and examiners.
- Produce and edit a variety of assessment related material to provide feedback and guidance to schools and examiners.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business as usual processes and post examination session analysis.
- Contribute to post results issue activities such as transcript processing, legalization, certification or enquiries upon results.
Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent and/or relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Vitality to implement change, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work in smarter more focussed ways.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate well across all levels of an organisation, with the ability to build and foster working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Evidence of communicating effectively with stakeholders on complex, technical and sensitive matters.
- Delivery of quality outcomes within defined deadlines.
- Ability to work in French or Spanish is desirable but not essential.

- Occasional weekend working is essential during the year.
