We have a fantastic opportunity for the successful applicant to take on a Subject Manager's post within the Assessment Development and Delivery (ADD) team. The post-holder will lead and manage the assessment of a portfolio of subjects within Group 2 of the Diploma Programme (Language Acquisition). The successful candidate will be required to ensure the reliability, accuracy and fairness of assessment in the portfolio of subjects they are responsible for.
They will manage international teams of senior examiners and be responsible for all assessment related activities of these teams including examination paper authoring, standardization and grade award. The post holder will also work closely with other departments of the IB, particularly those within the Education directorate and may occasionally represent the IB at international conferences and events.
