We’re looking for a Senior Principal Urban Drainage Modeller to join our growing UDM team in Newcastle or Leeds.
This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape the technical direction and continued growth of our Urban Drainage Modelling capability, working on major UK water programmes and alongside our established community of 175+ UDM specialists.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Provide strategic and technical leadership across complex wastewater modelling programmes.
- Lead innovative work across storm overflows, water quality, network performance and flood investigations.
- Develop client relationships and support business development and framework growth.
- Drive new digital tools, smart applications and modelling approaches.
- Mentor, develop and manage technical teams.
- Influence technical standards, governance and best practice across the discipline.
