We're looking for a Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our expanding Water team in Newcastle or Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of complex mechanical engineering projects across major water and wastewater programmes, working alongside recognised industry specialists within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
You'll take ownership of technical delivery from feasibility and optioneering through to detailed design and construction support, while mentoring developing engineers and working closely with clients, contractors and project teams to deliver innovative, sustainable engineering solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on nationally significant infrastructure projects while continuing to develop your technical leadership and helping shape the future growth of our Mechanical Engineering team.
