We have a number of exciting opportunities for Project Management Lead's (PML) within the Water business.
Reporting to the Project Management Discipline Lead (PMDL), this is a great opportunity for to help shape the future of our project management team. You will work closely with the Client Service Director's to drive commercial alignment, monitor risk, and maintain strict PMF and SOX compliance. This is a visible engaged leadership role, supporting team development, framework delivery, optimising business performance, whilst managing your own active projects.
As a PML, you will be the bridge between commercial strategy and technical execution, fostering deep collaboration between Project Managers and Project Technical Leads. You’ll leverage your excellent client-facing skills to maintain strong, face-to-face relationships with key client commercial leaders, while using your expertise to review proposals, assess contractual requirements, and proactively steer distressed projects back on track.
