To support our growth plans, we are currently seeking a Design Manager to join our Energy Team in any of our UK offices.
Working with Sophie Lee, Jelena Oka, Sacha Patel and the T&D team, you will partner with clients across the UK to develop sustainable solutions that address industry-wide challenges in efficiency and environmental impact. You will oversee the FEED and detailed design processes for the civil aspects of substation projects, including refurbishments, extensions, and new builds.
You will be a pro-active individual with knowledge and experience of the energy industry. You will have the capability to coach and mentor juniors in the team and cross collaborate across the business. You will be engaged in the engineering community and understand how we can drive success for our clients, including understanding innovative solutions and industry best practices.
