We're looking for a Senior Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our growing Water team in Birmingham, Redditch or Derby. Reporting to Matt Mullarkey, this is an exceptional opportunity to take on a senior technical leadership role, helping shape the future of mechanical engineering across some of the UK's largest and most complex water and wastewater infrastructure programmes.
Working alongside industry-leading specialists, you'll provide strategic technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams, guiding projects from feasibility and optioneering through to detailed design and construction support. You'll play a key role in developing our Mechanical Engineering capability by mentoring engineers, strengthening client relationships, influencing technical excellence and supporting the continued growth of our business across the Midlands.
