The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Producer to lead ambitious creative AV campaigns for film and streaming clients, from initial brief through to final delivery. This is a highly client‑facing and creatively engaged role, working closely with Editors, Producers and wider delivery teams to shape, produce and deliver standout creative work. You’ll bring strong experience in film, television or streaming marketing, with a clear understanding of the creative standards, pace, approvals and campaign demands that come with studio and streamer work. You’ll act as a trusted client partner, balancing creative ambition with production clarity, commercial awareness and smooth delivery. The role combines hands‑on campaign leadership, creative problem‑solving, client relationship management and mentoring responsibility, helping producers and assistants develop while maintaining the highest standards across the work.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end‑to‑end production for complex, high‑value AV campaigns across film, television and streaming.
  • Act as a key client contact, managing expectations, presenting work confidently and building trusted long‑term relationships.
  • Work closely with Editors and Operations to translate briefs and creative ambition into strong creative deliverables.
  • Bring strong creative judgement to the production process, helping shape ideas, strengthen work and protect creative quality from brief through to delivery.
  • Manage multiple deliverables and workstreams simultaneously, ensuring clarity around scope, timelines, budgets and approvals.
  • Support pitch and new business opportunities, contributing to creative responses, production approaches, schedules and client conversations.
  • Partner with creative operations and resource leads to ensure smooth workflow, resource planning and cost control.
  • Oversee internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication, efficient delivery and high creative standards.
  • Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot issues and keep campaigns on track commercially, creatively and operationally.
  • Mentor and guide more junior producers, supporting professional growth and consistent production standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and creative teams, helping create an environment where great work can happen.
  • Champion best practice in estimating, scheduling, reconciliation, reporting and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience producing creative AV campaigns for film, television, streaming, studio, broadcaster or entertainment clients.
  • A strong understanding of film and series marketing, including trailers, promos, campaign assets, client approvals and launch timelines.
  • Experience working with studios, streamers, broadcasters, distributors or specialist entertainment marketing agencies.
  • Excellent creative judgement, with the ability to understand, shape and support strong creative ideas.
  • Confidence presenting work, discussing creative direction and building credibility with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering large‑scale campaigns from pitch or initial brief through to final delivery.
  • Strong commercial understanding, with confidence managing budgets, scope, timelines and profitability.
  • Highly organised, adaptable and calm under pressure, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A positive, collaborative approach that builds confidence across clients, creatives and production teams.
  • A genuine passion for film, television, entertainment marketing and audience‑focused creative work.
  • Experience mentoring or developing more junior production team members.
  • An interest in new business, client growth and helping shape opportunities from the earliest stages.
