This is a full-time remote role for a Product Manager based in the United Kingdom. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of product roadmaps aligned with company goals. Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams

- Ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality product updates

Qualifications:
- Direct payroll experience in the UK with exposure to other country payrolls required
- Strong product management track record shipping complex systems
- Strong customer empathy and customer-facing instincts - the ability to turn messy, real-world requirements into clear specs
- Strategic planning ability, paired with the willingness to operate tactically and hands-on
- A testing and verification mindset - comfortable validating payroll logic and participating in system verification, not just writing specs and handing off
- High ownership mindset
- "Fire in the belly" - urgency, ambition, and the ability to move at startup speed
- Ability to understand and develop API specifications. Intermezzo is an API company. We expect our Product managers to be able to develop API specs
