We are looking for an ambitious and driven lawyer to work in an eight-person team that is responsible for fund legal matters across a wide range of strategies on a global basis. The candidate will take primary responsibility for the structuring, negotiation and closing of investors into ICG's CLOs, open-ended liquid credit funds and similar vehicles, and will have opportunities to work with others in the team on other funds. This is a great opportunity for a CLO specialist with at least 5 years of experience in a leading private practice team and/or asset manager.
