You will gain experience across living, logistics and digital infrastructure, while developing investment judgement, credit discipline and risk analysis skills.’***Summary of our opportunity**ICG Real Estate’s wider team of 50 multi-disciplinary investment professionals manage debt and equity investment vehicles with aggregate commitments of c€11bn. You will be a core member of the ICG Real Estate Debt team (20 investment professionals) based in London.The role involves supporting the origination, diligence, execution and monitoring of Real Estate Debt investments across Europe. At this level, you will contribute to transactions through financial modelling, risk analysis, investment paper preparation and co-ordination of execution workstreams, while also supporting proactive asset management of existing investments.
