We are seeking a Provisioning Specialist to join Intermedia’s Global Order Provisioning team. In this role, you will report directly to the Sr. Manager, International Order Provisioning and will be responsible for all aspects of order management for a high volume of work orders where accuracy is essential. This includes number porting, service provisioning, billing and 911 information, and number inventory management. Provisioning Specialist will interact with internal and external customers and partners to obtain necessary paperwork, advise on order status, resolve issues, schedule and coordinate number porting and service changes. Role may be remotely based with occasional visits to the Bristol or London office.
What you will be doing:
- Problem Solving – Determine what needs to be done using established procedures and instructions. Use analytical skills to verify data, check calculations, test functionality and inspect forms for accuracy and compliance. Resolve routine to moderate problems; troubleshoot issues such as inventory and porting orders not activating. Use judgment to seek assistance and refer non‑routine problems; work with carriers and/or internal teams to resolve.
- Perform work per written/verbal procedures or instructions. Manage time within general guidelines and SLAs. Make decisions on routine issues; escalate as needed.
- Managing own order intake to meet SLAs and respond to internal stakeholders. Escalate order issues to carriers or internal support teams.
- Communicate via written orders, emails, fax, and phone. Provide clear handoffs to customers, team members, or internal departments.
Functional (Technical Skills) Requirements:
- Porting experience with EMEA fixed‑line port orders.
- Demonstrated ability to learn different tools/systems.
- Working knowledge of inventory, porting and provisioning tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft systems and applications.

- Bachelor and/or Associate degree or equivalent experience in related field preferred.
- Minimum 3‑5 years business experience in order management, telecom customer service, and porting (fixed line).
- Accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to prioritize workload based on established procedures.
- Professional attitude, reliability, organized self‑starter.
- Strong work ethic.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build customer relations and work with team members.
