Interlinx is seeking a skilled Revit Engineer to join our clients Design Team on a 3-month rolling contract basis. The successful candidate will support the delivery of multiple Building Services and M&E projects across critical infrastructure sectors, including works for National Grid and Heathrow Airport. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of three days per week based in our Central London office and the remainder working remotely.
Key Responsibilities- Produce and maintain detailed Revit models for Building Services and M&E installations.
- Develop coordinated 3D models in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
- Work closely with design engineers, project managers, and other disciplines to ensure accurate and coordinated project delivery.
- Generate drawings, schedules, and technical documentation from Revit models.
- Participate in design reviews, and coordination meetings.
- Support the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and programme requirements.
- Ensure all modelling work complies with client specifications, industry standards, and project BIM execution plans.
- Proven experience using Autodesk Revit within a Building Services or M&E environment.
- Experience producing detailed MEP models and associated drawings.
- Strong understanding of BIM processes and coordinated design delivery.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Experience working on infrastructure, utilities, aviation, or regulated sector projects.
- Previous experience supporting projects for National Grid, Heathrow Airport, or similar high-profile clients.
It would be beneficial for candidates to have access to their own Autodesk Revit licence; however, a licence can be provided by the client if required.
