The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across both permanent and contract vacancies.

You will be responsible for developing new business, building long-term client relationships, sourcing exceptional candidates, and delivering an outstanding recruitment service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow your own recruitment desk.
  • Generate new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships.
  • Source, interview and qualify candidates for permanent and contract positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to placement.
  • Negotiate fees, rates and terms with clients and candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines within your specialist market.
  • Manage contractor relationships and client accounts.
  • Achieve individual sales and placement targets.

About You

We are looking for someone who has

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (360 recruitment preferred).
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A driven, proactive and professional approach.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within technical, engineering, construction or infrastructure recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
