Midlands- Competitive salary My client, a leading principal contractor, is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to work across a portfolio of rail stations, promoting and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental performance.
Applicants must hold a NEBOSH qualification and have previous experience working on Network Rail infrastructure.
Key
Responsibilities: Deliver site inductions and briefings.
Work closely with clients and attend regular project meetings.
Provide feedback, coaching, and support to operational teams, identifying training needs where required.
Drive continuous improvements in health, safety, quality, and environmental performance across the business.
Conduct accident and incident investigations, including witness interviews, root cause analysis, and monitoring the completion of corrective actions.
Carry out site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
