A leading UK law firm (Top 60 by revenue) is looking to expand its established White Collar Crime & Business Crime team.
With a nationwide reputation and a rapidly growing turnover (ÂŁ80 million+ last year), this firm offers the ideal platform for a solicitor looking to progress their career within complex and high-profile criminal investigations and prosecutions.
The Team & Work
You’ll join a team that advises and represents both corporate and individual clients facing investigations or proceedings from major enforcement bodies such as HMRC, FCA, SFO, NCA, and HSE. Matters handled by the team include:
- Serious fraud and cross-border financial crime
- Tax evasion, insider trading, and crypto-related fraud
- Corporate manslaughter, bribery, and corruption
- Cybercrime, money laundering, and proceeds of crime
- FCA investigations and regulatory offences
- Breaches of UK, US, EU, and UN sanctions
The department is well-supported by relationships with top-tier barristers, forensic experts, and technical specialists across disciplines such as DNA, digital forensics, and financial analysis.

About You
- You’ll be a qualified solicitor with experience in white collar or general crime, ideally with exposure to investigations led by bodies such as the SFO, FCA, or HMRC.
