An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Disputes Solicitor to join a leading international law firm in Manchester.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of leasehold enfranchisement matters, including statutory lease extensions, collective enfranchisement and Right to Manage claims.
- Advise landlord, tenant and investor clients on a wide range of enfranchisement and residential property dispute issues.
- Negotiate settlements and provide strategic advice throughout the lifecycle of claims.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering a high standard of service.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with
5+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) and experience in freehold and leasehold enfranchisement.
- Strong technical knowledge of enfranchisement law and the ability to provide clear, practical advice to clients.
- Commercially minded with a proactive and client-focused approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
