Family Solicitor at Senior Associate level to join a highly regarded and expanding family law team in Manchester.
This is a chance to work on a varied and high-quality caseload within an established full-service legal practice, advising clients on complex and often sensitive family matters.
Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of complex family law matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
- Provide clear, commercially focused advice to clients while handling sensitive and high-value family disputes.
- Work closely with colleagues across the wider firm where matters require specialist input from other practice areas.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted adviser throughout the course of each matter.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the family team through networking, business development and involvement in wider firm initiatives.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with strong experience practising in family law.
- Proven experience managing a complex family caseload with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong technical knowledge across relevant areas of family law and confidence handling sophisticated client matters.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Commercially minded and proactive, with the ambition to contribute to the development and growth of the wider team.
