A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced
Senior Associate to join it's London Corporate Crime and Regulatory & Investigations practice.
The team advises high-net-worth individuals, corporates and financial institutions facing significant criminal and regulatory risk.
Its work includes fraud, bribery and corruption matters, internal investigations, corporate crime compliance and regulatory enforcement.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile matters involving UK enforcement and regulatory authorities, as well as matters with an international or cross-border dimension.
- Required Experience, Skills & Attributes
- MUST BE UK QUALIFIED
- 5+ years' PQE.
- Substantial experience in corporate crime and/or criminal defence gained at a well-regarded law firm.
- Strong understanding of investigations and regulatory enforcement processes.
- Experience representing individuals and/or corporations in criminal proceedings.
- Experience conducting internal investigations.
- Knowledge of, or experience in, corporate crime compliance reviews.
