Our client is a leading disputes practice in London and they're seeking an associate to join their Commercial Litigation team.
Responsibilities:
- You will work on a broad range of sophisticated matters, including:
- Major restructuring and insolvency-related disputes
- Claims against former directors and auditors of failed companies
- Complex cross-border insolvency disputes
- General commercial litigation
- Corporate M&A disputes
- Government and PFI contract disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Regulatory and disciplinary proceedings
- Energy sector disputes
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in large-scale class actions.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years’ PQE in commercial litigation, ideally involving large and complex disputes (Candidates with slightly more or less experience will also be considered where competencies align with the role.)
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
- Early-stage people management and business development capability
- Excellent academic credentials, including a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
