An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Disputes Solicitor to join a highly regarded national firm in Birmingham.
Responsibilities Manage a varied portfolio of real estate disputes, taking matters from initial instruction through to settlement, trial or alternative resolution.
Advise clients on a broad range of property-related disputes, including forfeiture, possession, lease renewals, rent reviews, rights of way and adverse possession.
Represent clients in court, tribunal and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, providing clear and commercially focused advice.
Work collaboratively with senior colleagues on complex matters while providing guidance and support to junior members of the team.
Contribute to the development of the practice through client relationship management, networking and business development.
Requirements Qualified solicitor with 6+ yearsβ post-qualification experience (PQE) and strong experience in property litigation.
Demonstrable experience handling a broad range of property disputes, including contentious landlord and tenant matters.
Excellent legal analysis, drafting and advocacy skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into practical commercial advice.
Confident communicator with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional stakeholders.
Proactive and collaborative, with an interest in developing your own profile and contributing to the wider success of the team.
