A leading Top 60 national law firm is seeking experienced Residential Property Solicitors to join its growing conveyancing teams across a number of offices throughout England. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded firm with an established reputation in the residential property market. The Role

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the process. Working as part of a successful and collaborative team, you will handle a broad range of conveyancing matters while building strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
  • Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
  • Advise on remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions.
  • Deal with shared ownership and other residential property schemes.
  • Review and advise on title documentation and searches.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties throughout the transaction process.
  • Draft and review contracts and supporting legal documentation.
  • Ensure transactions are progressed efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain excellent standards of client care and communication.
  • Identify and support business development opportunities within the local market.
  • Contribute to the continued success and growth of the residential property department.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive.
  • Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially minded with a strong focus on client service.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a busy environment.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to team working.
