Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Networking (Resourcing): Identifying and engaging with high-calibre legal professionals (from Paralegals to Senior Solicitors) across the UK using advanced recruitment tools, LinkedIn, professional networks, and direct headhunting.
- Talent Engagement: Conducting initial screening calls with candidates to assess their experience, career aspirations, and suitability for roles, focusing on building long-term relationships.
- Market Intelligence: Conducting research on the UK legal market, including competitor analysis and identifying new hiring trends and potential client opportunities.
- Client Communication Support: Assisting experienced consultants with preparing client pitches, drafting compelling job advertisements, and managing the initial stages of the recruitment process.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintaining and updating the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database with accurate, real-time information to ensure efficient process management.
- Interview Process Management: Coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing candidate expectations, and preparing candidates for client meetings.
