Senior Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor in London

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join a specialist property team in South West London.
This is an opportunity to join a busy specialist practice where enfranchisement is a genuine area of focus, taking ownership of complex matters while also playing an important role in the supervision and development of junior fee earners.
Responsibilities
Managing your own caseload of technically complex enfranchisement and landlord & tenant matters
Statutory lease extensions
Collective enfranchisement and freehold acquisitions
Right of First Refusal and Right to Manage matters
Missing landlord applications
Deeds of variation and related leasehold matters
Supervising and supporting junior fee earners
Acting as a point of contact and escalation on more complex matters before director involvement is required
Contributing to the continued development of the team and maintaining a high standard of client service
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' PQE as a Solicitor in England & Wales
Strong experience in leasehold enfranchisement and related landlord & tenant work
Able to manage complex matters independently from instruction through to completion
Confident supervising and mentoring junior fee earners
Strong technical knowledge of statutory lease extensions and collective enfranchisement
Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility within a specialist team
Strong client management and communication skills.
