An elite US law firm is seeking an exceptional Junior Associate to join its market-leading Venture Capital practice in London. This is a rare opportunity to secure a position for Q1 2026, working at the forefront of the technology sector.
You will be joining a highâoctane team dedicated exclusively to representing high-growth tech companies and the entrepreneurs behind them. Responsibilities- Advising tech entrepreneurs on earlyâstage to lateâstage VC financings.
- Managing deal structures and transaction documents.

- 1â2 years' PQE gained within a topâtier Venture Capital practice, a Magic Circle firm, or an elite US law firm.
- Must be England & Wales qualified.
