You will join a highly regarded and growing banking and finance team, advising a diverse portfolio of financial institutions, corporate borrowers, sponsors and other market participants on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within an international firm, working alongside experienced lawyers on sophisticated and high-value matters.

The Role

You will have the opportunity to advise on a broad range of banking and finance matters, including:

  • Acquisition and leveraged finance
  • Corporate lending and general banking
  • Real estate finance
  • Asset finance
  • Refinancing and restructuring transactions
  • Bilateral and syndicated lending
  • Security and guarantees
  • Cross-border financing transactions
  • Advising lenders, borrowers, sponsors and other financial institutions

You will work closely with colleagues across the firm's wider UK and international network, providing commercially focused advice on complex transactions.

About You

  • Experience of advising on domestic and/or cross-border transactions
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively to deadlines
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to work with clients and colleagues at all levels

Applications are welcome from solicitors at a range of PQE levels, with the precise level of experience being less important than the quality and relevance of your banking and finance experience.

Why Join?

You will be joining an international platform offering:

  • High-quality, complex and cross-border work
  • A strong and established client base
  • Excellent career progression opportunities
  • The opportunity to work with market-leading lawyers across multiple jurisdictions
