You\’d be joining a practice who are considered a leading offshore firm and leaders additionally for their investment funds work.

The team cover all aspects of offshore investment funds, including pre-formation strategy, regulatory compliance and restructuring.

The team assist all types of fund vehicles, including private equity and hedge funds, limited partnerships, and start-ups (including in the fintech/crypto space).
